Kyle, I apologize for the oversight our technician made during the repair of your girlfriend’s vehicle. We have discussed the situation internally, and are striving to learn from the mistake to make ourselves better going forward. To resolve the issue we sent our general manager and technician to her home and tightened up the loose bolts that same day, then drove the truck back to the shop and replaced the output and shaft seals to ensure there were no issues with them, and paid for the uber ride to the shop to pick up the truck. My understanding is that you communicated with our General Manager and were satisfied with the resolution, which is great.
